Tele calling Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Addressing customer queries, complaints
- Give clear and accurate information of the services,
- Building business relationships with Electricians, Architects and Civil Engineers new and potential clients.
- Creating, updating and maintaining a list/ database of prospective clients, maintaining a database of Electricians, Architects and Civil Engineers
- Sending greetings for Exhibition, Festivals, Events etc and maintaining details of the enquiries received at Exhibition stalls and follow up on it.
- Noting the important details of every conversation and reporting to the Chairman on it of all the meetings held in the office.
- Online Marketing activities to be checked and coordinated with the vendors with whom the tie up will be done.
Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a tele caller or similar, for at least 5 years.
- Computer literate.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and recordkeeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
- Should be ambitious, highly motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Preferred Language: English, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi
Salary:
₹300, ₹360,000.00 per year
