Job Description:

As a Telesales Executive at Dreamvazaar, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our cash on delivery services.

You will play a crucial role in generating sales leads and closing deals, while ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires effective communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Dreamvazaar's cash on delivery services.
Present product information and benefits to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
Actively identify and pursue sales opportunities, promoting our services to maximize sales potential.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the company's database.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for customers throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Continuously update your knowledge about company products and services to effectively address customer queries.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th grade completion.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and basic proficiency in English.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Job Details:
Interview Timing: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Please arrive within this time frame)

Salary: 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month (plus incentives based on performance)

Job Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Interview Address: 265A Sant Nagar, East of Kailash New Delhi 110065
