Our client Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountants, Tax consultants, Education Institutes, Banks, Service industries and Small Medium Enterprises.


Role:

  • Customer Support Executive
a. Provide service / assistance to the client as and when required.
b. Solving Technical Queries over the phone / through mail of the clients.
c. Solving Customer Queries through Online Query Board.
d. Update status of all number of calls attended in Customer Support System on daily basis.

Education Qualification - BCS/BCA/BE or any other technical background


Salary:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
