Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all marketing materials and platforms.


Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Utilize findings to adjust marketing strategies.


Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.


Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.


Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient strategies and maximum return on investment.


Content Creation:
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels.


Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on data insights.


Qualifications:


Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy development. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.


Creativity:
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop innovative and compelling marketing campaigns.


Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create persuasive and impactful marketing materials.
