Job Title-Field Customer Support Executive


Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more.

Hence, the major part is support and services.

So we are looking for the Field Customer Support Executive who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.


Must Haves:


  • Answering phones and solving the issues/ requirement of the customers.
  • Have to visit our new clients, install the software and train them about using it.
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits.
  • Install our POS software in their System / Device on Field.
  • Give training about our product to our client.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.
  • No Sales and no target based job
  • Work to KPI's and revenue targets as set by organization
  • Responsible to be fully aware of Ciferon products and able to demonstrate them during field visit.
  • Submit daily or weekly reports with activities to seniors

Experience
Range - 1 to 2 years


Salary Range:


  • 10K to 14K
  • Should have Good Communication Skills
  • Post Graduate will be preferred
  • Should be comfortable with commuting.
