Job Title-Field Customer Support Executive
Ciferon is a simplest restaurant POS and management software that works online and offline both, integrated with leading platforms which provide the easy operations like: Billing, Inventory, accounting, Reports, online orders and many more.
So we are looking for the Field Customer Support Executive who has a major role in the organization for the growth of both employee and company.
Must Haves:
- Answering phones and solving the issues/ requirement of the customers.
- Have to visit our new clients, install the software and train them about using it.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits.
- Install our POS software in their System / Device on Field.
- Give training about our product to our client.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- No Sales and no target based job
- Work to KPI's and revenue targets as set by organization
- Responsible to be fully aware of Ciferon products and able to demonstrate them during field visit.
- Submit daily or weekly reports with activities to seniors
Experience
Range - 1 to 2 years
Salary Range:
- 10K to 14K
- Should have Good Communication Skills
- Post Graduate will be preferred
- Should be comfortable with commuting.
