The Role:

BPO Executive/Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interaction through chat inbound voice and data contact.
Ability to handle unresolved queries of customers.
Update the existing database with changes and status of each customer queries and resolution.
Managing service delivery to customer to ensure high customer satisfaction levels and customer retention.

Skills Required:

Excellent communications skills (verbal & written)
Proficient in Microsoft windows and Mac OS.
1 year of experience from contact centre background (preferably telecom domain)

Shift Timing & Working days:

6 Days working 1day rotational week. (During the training)
5.5 days working after the training
Males rotational shifts between 9am 10pm
Females rotational shifts between 9am 8pm

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: Any Graduate
1 Year experience in BPO or Telecom domain
