Job Description - Central Ticketing Team (Customer Support)

Requirements:


  • Good Communication
  • Understandable English
  • Customer oriented person
  • Excellent interpersonal and written & oral communication

Description:


  • Good with customer handling
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
  • Overseeing the Customer service process
  • Proficient with problem solving ability
  • Handling Escalations

Salary Offered:
Up to 35k in hand


Incentives:
Up to 18k monthly


Working days: 5.5 Days

Working hours: 9 hours (Rotational shifts & Work from home for ealry morning and late night shifts)

Salary:
₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
