    Salesforce Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at Pune

    Job Description:
    We are looking for a skilled Salesforce QA Engineer to join our lively team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly focused on Salesforce applications. As a Salesforce QA Engineer, your main responsibility will be to guarantee the quality and dependability of our Salesforce implementations through thorough testing and validation processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
    • Conduct functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of Salesforce customizations and configurations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the quality of deliverables.
    • Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using bug tracking tools.
    • Work closely with developers to reproduce and troubleshoot reported issues during testing.
    Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.

    • Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices to ensure effective testing strategies.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
    • Develop and execute thorough test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • Over three years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least two years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
    • Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
    • Experience with Salesforce testing tools such as Selenium, Salesforce Test Automation, or similar.
    Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred).
    • Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and changes in requirements.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
    • Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
    • Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
