    We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with a strong programming background to join our dynamic team in Pune.


    Position Overview :


    As a Senior QA Engineer with a focus on programming, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and automation.

    Leveraging your expertise in programming languages and testing frameworks, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions and a passion for excellence in software testing.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead the design, development, and execution of automated test suites using advanced programming languages and testing frameworks.
    • Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
    • Develop innovative testing methodologies to validate complex software systems, including functional, nonfunctional, and integration testing.
    • Implement scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks to maximize test coverage and efficiency.
    • Conduct thorough code reviews, identify defects, and drive resolution to ensure product quality and reliability.
    • Mentor junior QA team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation and programming.
    • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, with a deep understanding of software development principles.
    • Handson experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, and experience working in Agile teams.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset towards quality assurance.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus.
