    Description

    Job Description

    Responsible for providing support to Business Unit by performing the following duties:

  • Manage contract workflow, directing documents to necessary parties for timely execution
  • Aids in project management for audits and other reviews
  • Reviews contracts, regulations, statutes, and rules
  • Assist in the production of documents and evidence required for audits, complaint handling, subpoena requests, etc.
  • Acts as a liaison between EXL and third parties under the supervision of Compliance Officer or Legal
  • Works collaboratively within the organization to build relationships in furtherance of the goals of the Business Unit
  • Acts as a compliance Subject Matter Expert
  • Prepare responses to a variety of requests in a professional manner
  • Ability to maintain privilege and or confidentiality
  • Ability to develop solutions to complex issues as they arise
  • Participate on projects and all other duties as assigned
  • Available to work flexible hours when required
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to both coach associates as well as present to leadership
  • Customer centric – proven service aptitude
  • Proven ability to network and develop relationships across teams
  • Expert level of verbal and written proficiency in English
  • High integrity; high level of confidentiality required
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while working independently
