Description
We are looking for an experienced
Architect to join our Architecture team.

As an architect, you will be assisting on potential builds, drawing and designing structures, communicating with customers to assess requirements on structures to be built, and explaining design requirements and specifications to builders, and technicians.

It is important that you have strong organizational skills, analytical skills, communication skills and technical skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intent If you are excited about a career in architecture and are willing to work hard for success, then we may be a perfect fit.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage architectural design and drawings.
  • Prepare and manage architectural related documents & working drawings.
  • Assist marketing team to prepare marketing materials.
  • Assign suitable material for architectural needs; study and apply.
  • Checking and preparing designs with building rules.
  • Ensure the site work as per approved designs.

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in
  • Architecture Diploma / B.Arch/
  • Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Vray, 3DsMax
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.

Full-time, Regular / Permanent

  • Chakkaraparambu Rd Vennala, Kochi , Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
