The role of the _
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE_ to build customer
relationships that promote retention and loyalty, ultimately improving customer lifetime value and reducing churn.

TEAM LEADER -
CUSTOMER SERVICE _Ensures positive customers experience within our platform. CSE will proactively engage with customers, troubleshoot problems, and help drive our business forward.

ROLE ALLOWS YOU TO_
Ø Responsible for handling all complaints & attending all leads, queries within TAT via all sources
Ø Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Ø Ensures effective usage of CRM system
Ø Meet personal/team BidClub & GAP targets
Ø Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Ø Manage all Walk in customers
Ø Registration of new buyers for new Demand Generation & customer engagement
Ø Support Marketing activities staying within the Automall
Ø Generate sales leads
Ø Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Ø Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Ø Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Ø Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
Ø Follow customer service SOP, guidelines, and policies
Ø Registration of new buyers for customer engagement
Ø Inform customer of deals and promotions

YOU WILL BRING IN_
Ø Graduation in any discipline,
Ø 2+ years of professional experience, in a client-facing/account management role
Ø Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ø Expertise with MS Office ( Word, Excel & Power Point )
Ø Ability to respond to customer requests throughout the day
Ø Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Ø Ability to grasp technical concepts
Self-motivated and proactive, with a "can do" attitude; willing to pitch in and do whatever is required.
