Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging curriculum materials and lessons in retail, sales, and marketing.
Utilize innovative teaching methods and techniques to facilitate effective learning experiences for students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in retail, sales, and marketing.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them develop practical skills and knowledge applicable to their careers.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning environment and contribute to the success of the retail, sales, and marketing program.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in retail, sales, marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of retail, sales, and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic educational setting.
Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in retail, sales, and marketing is desirable.
