    We are looking for ProductionManager with 12 to 15 Yrs of experience for our esteemed client forAhmedabad Location.

    Requirements

    Responsible for facility and equipment setup to ensure preservationof company assets.
    Responsiblefor facility and equipment setup to ensure a successful factorylaunch per agreed timeline.
    Hiring and training of skilled operators technicians workers andother support personnel per department organizationchart.
    Process documentationdevelopment including work instructions training guides andinternal quality standards.
    Production setup for newproject(s).
    Completion of setupoperations coincides with successful completion of mass productionof first product.
    Management ofelectronics production department


    Including:
    SMT Printer ReflowWave Solder manual insertion test and rework equipment andoperations.
    Schedule refine andoversee preventive maintenanceactivities.
    Ensure first articleapprovals are carried out prior to each productionrun.
    Ensure product made onschedule meets qualityrequirements.
    Ability tounderstand and resolve 1st level issues on the floor withequipment
    and processes in ahandson manner.
    Responsibilityfor department P/L in regards to efficiency andwaste.
    Track and document the topthree production issues for each product inproduction.
    Perform root causeanalysis on production fallout.
    Initiate and facilitate Kaizen and Lean initiatives to solveproblems streamline
    the processreduce waste and improve quality.
    Initiate coordinate and manage inventory cost controlprogram.
    Prepare and maintainproduction reports and personnelrecords.
    Supervise and ensureseffective employee relations.
    Hire and train new personnel to support growth plan oforganization.
    Provides employeecoaching and developmentopportunities.
    Motivatesproduction team creating a culture of personalresponsibility.
    Resolves employeeissues through problemresolution.
    Gives timelyfeedback.
    Create document andsustain standardized workpractices

    Responsible forfacility and equipment setup to ensure preservation of companyassets. Responsible for facility and equipment setup to ensure asuccessful factory launch per agreed timeline. Hiring and trainingof skilled operators, technicians, workers, and other supportpersonnel per department organization chart. Process documentationdevelopment including work instructions, training guides, andinternal quality standards. Production setup for new project(s).Completion of setup operations coincides with successful completionof mass production of first product. Management of electronicsproduction department


    Including:

    • SMT, Printer, Reflow, WaveSolder, manual insertion, test, and rework equipment andoperations.
    • Schedule, refine and oversee preventive maintenanceactivities.
    • Ensure first article approvals are carried out priorto each production run.
    • Ensure product made on schedule meetsquality requirements.
    • Ability to understand and resolve 1st levelissues on the floor with equipment and processes in a handsonmanner. Responsibility for department P/L in regards to efficiencyand waste.
    • Track and document the top three production issues foreach product in production.
    • Perform root cause analysis onproduction fallout.

    • Initiate, coordinate, and manage inventorycost control program.
