    Production Manager Job Description

    Since SCREENOTEX ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. was founded, we've aspired to deliver quality, as a Leading manufacturer of textile printing machines (Flat Bed/Rotary) & accessories to serve textile industry, We're seeking an experienced manager to oversee the production of company, including production, Quality, Shop floor management, cost control, quality & maintenance

    Objectives of this role

    • Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the Production department. Plan, Monitor and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency.
    • Perform planning activities required to achieve production objectives in the manufacturing facility by coordinating the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies, and schedule and prioritize jobs to meet the customer's needs. Also develop long term production plans utilizing all available data and will interact daily throughout all levels of the organization.
    • Manage staff for optimum performance

    Responsibilities

    • Create and manage WIP report for tracking development
    • Provide status reports to Planning dept. and Management.
    • Partner with design team for product development approval
    • Partner with internal teams to engineer products within & quality parameters.
    • Track development milestones to meet established deadlines
    • Manpower & Contractor management.

    Required skills and qualifications

    • B.E. Mechanical/Production or Manufacturing
    • 5 or more years of experience as a Production Manager in Machine manufacturing company.
    • Ability to manage a team efficiently and effectively

    Preferred skills and qualifications

    • Proficiency with PC applications, especially in SAP & Excel.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
