    Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Geospatial Intelligence

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Geospatial Intelligence Solutions : Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning solutions tailored for geospatial intelligence applications, covering areas such as satellite imagery analysis, geospatial data fusion, and pattern recognition for actionable insights.
    • Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the ML engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the geospatial intelligence domain.
    • Algorithm Development and Optimization : Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for efficient processing of largescale geospatial datasets, with a focus on enhancing accuracy, speed, and scalability.
    • Collaboration with Domain Experts : Collaborate closely with domain experts in geospatial intelligence, remote sensing, and GIS to understand domainspecific challenges and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Research and Innovation : Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, remote sensing, and geospatial technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in existing methodologies and workflows.
    • Data Engineering and Preprocessing : Develop robust data preprocessing pipelines for cleaning, transforming, and augmenting geospatial data to ensure highquality input for machine learning models.
    • Model Deployment and Integration : Deploy machine learning models into operational environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing geospatial intelligence systems and workflows.
    • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document technical specifications, methodologies, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference, and contribute to internal knowledge repositories and technical documentation.

    Requirements :

    • 3+ years of handson experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions for geospatial intelligence applications, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
    • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and model evaluation metrics, with a focus on geospatial applications such as image analysis, remote sensing, and geospatial data fusion.
    • Proficiency in Python programming and popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), along with experience in working with geospatial libraries and tools (e.g., GDAL, Fiona, GeoPandas).
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and a demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring junior team members, guiding technical direction, and driving innovation in machine learning projects.
    • Adaptability to a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in machine learning and geospatial intelligence.
