Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in administering and supporting Workday Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong knowledge of LMS administration, content management, and user support.
Familiarity with learning and development processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
Knowledge of data privacy and security practices.
Certification in Workday LMS administration is a plus.
Certification in Articulate is a plus
Experience in Gamification and Simulation.
Qualifications:
Key responsibility
LMS Administration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday LMS administration, including user access, course creation, and content management.
Maintain and update the LMS, ensuring all components are up to date and fully functional. Mobile learning and marketing.User Support:
Provide technical support and training to LMS users, resolving issues and assisting with user inquiries.
Assist in user onboarding, account management, and troubleshooting. Creating learning paths and Journey.
Content Management:
Manage and organize learning content, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, and compliance with company standards.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate and analyze LMS reports to track user progress, course completion, and overall learning effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improvements.
LMS Enhancement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the LMS functionality and user experience, including implementing updates and new features.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in LMS administration, Social Learning.
Learner experience:
able to create Experience in Gamification and Simulation, interactive Assessments.
Should be open to shifts.
