- Manage Solution/Appliance releases through all Development phases.
- Lead Stakeholders on interconnected content and schedules.
- Collaborate with Development engineers daily to address issues & track progress.
- Provide weekly status updates to senior leaders.
- Facilitate Program Change Requests (PCRs) as necessary.
- Plan capital and expenses effectively.
- Resolve complex technical issues and track closure plans.
- Represent Development to the Offering Development Team (ODT), leading cross-functional groups to tackle project-related challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in a technical environment.
- At least 5 years of technical project management experience in server or solutions development.
- Proven record of project management success and risk mitigation strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in schedule development, risk management, quality control, and budget planning.
- Ability to work efficiently in a diverse, demanding environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration and project status reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills to define solutions, resolve conflicts, and build lasting partnerships with Clients.
