    Company Name: SIS Prep School

    Location: Sushant Lok, Phase-1

    Shift Hours: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

    Work Days: Monday to Friday + 1 Working Saturday every month

    Role and Responsibilities:-

    1. Maintains required reports and records for every daycare & preschool child in the class
    2. Ensures that resources are utilized effectively and works towards minimizing wastage
    3. Play a key role in enhancing the appeal of the center/class with learning resources and fun and enriching activities.
    4. Is well versed with the Preschool policies and ensures that the school policies are adhered to at all times.
    5. Ensures that regular and relevant communication is sent out to parents
    6. Ensures that the class is fun and enriching for children by thinking out of the box while implementing activities and sessions.
    7. Ensures that the lesson plans and activities are planned in advance.
    8. Ensures that the lesson Plan is implemented and keep children constructively occupied during at all times throughout the day.
    9. Ensures that observations and assessments of children are carried out regularly.
    10. Ideating, planning, and executing events, trips, celebrations etc.
    11. Ensures the safety, health, hygiene and security of the child along with the other teaching and non-teaching staff.
    12. Guiding assistant teachers and support staff and giving them feedback as required.
    13. Notifying the center head of any areas of concern.
    14. Interacting with parents to discuss Child's progress and other needs during Parent meetings and on need basis Individual.

    Qualifications:-

    1. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, especially report writing.
    2. Graduate with English Hons./B. Ed. is required.
    3. Proven teaching experience of at least 2 years.
    4. Acting as a guide to colleagues in times of doubt and helping them take appropriate decisions and actions.
    5. Setting an example and showing colleagues how to do things more effectively and efficiently.
    6. Ability to manage time, resources and stress effectively.
    7. Serve as a role model to children and staff in terms of punctuality, respect, responsibility.
