Description
Should able to perform troubleshoot all tests as per IS 2026 / IEC60076 (Dry & Oil Type transformers)
  • Should able to analyse the process issues & effective monitoring of critical process like Winding, Core building, Core Coil Assembly,Ovenning & Tanking Process & Dispatch process, VPI & CRT process
  • Should able to carry out Customer inspections & comply the Observations.
  • Should be able prepare effective Corrective action & Preventive action.
  • Should be able Prepare Root cause analysis of Internal & Site failures
  • Should be able to perform vendor audits / score the vendor as per requirement of RRPL standard.
  • Should be able to prepare effective check sheets for critical processes
  • Should be able to analyse customer complaint & resolution of same.
  • Should be able to prepare Quality Assurance Plans, Control plan & Standard operating Process, Proactive process audits as per customer requirements.
  • Should be able to solve the daily issues raised in shop floor for smooth transition of production
  • Should be able to perform & analyse the wiring related to protection devices for transformer.
  • Effective planning of manpower utilization of Man hours
  • Firm knowledge of quality tools & presentation.
  • Should be able to reduce COPQ.
- Should be able to verify the CAPA received from Supplier
