Hiring for CCE profile for our International Voice process for Languages ( SPANISH & FRENCH ) and knows ENGLISH also where your job will require interacting with customers over the Call.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Must Be an Undergraduate/Graduate
  • Male/ Female both can apply
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer skills.
  • Need Immediate joiners
Working Days: 5 days working

  • Rounds of Interview: HR Round and Operations Round.
  • No Cab and meal allowance.
