Description
Hiring for CCE profile for our International Voice process for Languages ( SPANISH & FRENCH ) and knows ENGLISH also where your job will require interacting with customers over the Call.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Must Be an Undergraduate/Graduate
- Male/ Female both can apply
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills.
- Need Immediate joiners
- Rounds of Interview: HR Round and Operations Round.
- No Cab and meal allowance.
