    Job Title : Senior Associate

    Qualification : Any graduate/ Any Post Graduate

    Desired :

    Work Experience :

    • 4-7+ Years of Client Facing Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
    Travel Requirements : 0% weekly travel

    Desired Education :

    Degree from a university, preferably in one of the following fields:

    • Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Finance
    • Computer Science
    Desired Certifications :
    • FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS
    • CPA
    Desired Skills :

    Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience with leading practices in the following areas:

    • Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting
    • Financial Master Data Management
    • Account Reconciliations
    Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools :
    • Oracle Cloud EPM
    • FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service,
    • EDMCS - Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service
    • ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
    • PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
    • Narrative Reporting
    Demonstrates some proven knowledge and experience in leading technical development of :
    • General Oracle EPM configuration
    • Business Rule / Calculation Development
    • Data Integration, EPM automate, EPM Integration Agent
    • Master Data Management
    • User Security Configuration and Management
    • Report Development
    • Demonstrates some proven knowledge and success in identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and
