    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis I to join our Finance Technology and Operations team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra.

    In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Be a point of contact and guide MIS Operations India team on the monthly/yearly operational maintenance on Planning Analytics (formerly TM) Platform
  • Proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics TM application.
  • Investigation, documentation, and resolution of issues identified in the reporting/reconciliation process.
  • Execute daily database application reconciliations and understand the data flow within applications.
  • Effectively interact with Business Partners and technology partners to understand the business needs and design solutions.
  • Create business requirements documents, user stories, as well as other supporting artifacts such as business workflows & report mock-ups.
  • Delivery of thorough MAQ/TM reporting ensuring accuracy and correctness and transformation of data into information for reporting where needed.
  • Manage project tasks, timeline, risks, and issues.
  • Engage in requirements, gathering, prototyping, design, development, test & deployment activities using IBM Planning Analytics (TM) application.
  • Provide automation feedback to improve the speed of delivery across the program.
  • Support Regulatory audits.
  • Guidance to the team on various issues/problems and groom them.
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.

    • Qualifications and Other knowledge requirement

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a such as Science/Engineering, Finance.
  • years of overall experience (Technology experience will be a plus)
  • Working knowledge of underlying modeling tools (IBM Planning Analytics TM, SAS CPM, Hadoop/ Spark, Oracle SQL, Sybase SQL, and basic Informatica)
  • Advanced Excel Skills – Pivot tables
  • Knowledge on BI reporting tool like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau ... will be a plus
  • Superb communication skills - Strong written and oral communications skills
