Job Title:
Project Support Officer


In this role, you have the opportunity to be a vital part of the Project management organization and a main driver of DXR project roadmap and AOP planning and execution. You will work closely with the Portfolio/Roadmap Leader and the Program and Project Managers (PMs) to ensure the roadmap and each project individually can be executed focusing on resourcing and budgeting. Via Project data analysis, you will identify bottlenecks and provide countermeasures.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the PMO Leader and Finance Business Partner to ensure financial control, documentation and reporting.


In this role, you will be part of DXR Project Management Office (PMO) and report directly to DXR Global PMO Leader.


You are responsible to:


  • Manage resource allocations for projects and programs in the DXR roadmap
according to AOP.

  • Support PMO Lead and Portfolio/Roadmap Manager to prepare and execute
DXR AOP.

  • Provide data analytics to identify crossfunctional Bottlenecks, roadblocks, crit
- ical resources and competences as well as operational data to learn and im

prove on project planning and execution.

  • Managing project costs, payment milestones, receipts/invoices, financial
reporting.

  • Harvest data from financial information systems (e.g. SAP) and providing
costs reporting.

  • Coordinate and leads the Monthly PMO AOP Meetings and Project/Program
Budget and Allocation meetings, reports and analyses.

  • Monitor and maintain DXR PMO KPI and prepare respective reports and
PRIDEs.

  • Manage relationships with DXR Finance Business Partner and R&D Controller,
gathering inputs and jointly ensuring financial control.

  • Ensure Business integrity via adherence to FCPA, GBP, revenue recognition.
  • Monitors and controls functional processes and their execution for ICS/SOX
compliance. Maintains proper financial documentation.

  • Ensure no significant deficiencies in audits (Internal Audit, ICS/SOX, KPMG, Statutory).

To succeed in this role, you should have the following education, experience and skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering (best in combination) with minimum 12 yrs. of experience.
  • Strong Program/Project Management competencies and experience.
  • Strong background in Program and Resource planning.
  • Good background and experience in Data Analytics.
  • IT literacy, particularly with MS Excel, Project and ideally experience with databases. Experience in the use of Clarity, planisware, Qlikview and SAP is preferred.
  • You possess the ability to summarize complex issues into simple, yet still adequate statements.
  • You are analytical, accurate and detail oriented and furthermore driven and self motivated to get a job done, and you possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Typically this role requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
