    Job Title: Project Manager

    Tech Skills Required:

    Experience: 8+ Years

    The Project Manager leads and directs concurrent Audio-Visual projects including projects classified as standard to complex projects based on business needs in accordance to the Program outcomes. The individual may also be involved in larger scale projects supervised by a Senior Project and/or Program Manager.

    The primary responsibility of the Project Manager will be to interface with all project stakeholders to take ownership of projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal or to the client's operations).

    Key Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Lead and directs concurrent standard or complex projects.
    2. Engage with stakeholders to take Audio Visual projects from original concept through final implementation.
    3. Provide pre-sales support by working with established tools or sales teams to scope and cost a project solution which includes the completion of a proposal.
    4. Ensure that the project delivers as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget, (revenue, cash-flow, profit margin) and is delivered on time whilst maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
    5. Ensure the profitability of projects whilst protecting margins and providing accurate billing forecasts, including financial audits and reviews throughout programme delivery.
    6. Manage delivery of the project, including rigorous scope control and change management.
    7. Ensure client satisfaction and manages escalations, acting as single point of contact to the client.
    8. Act as people manager and enable project teams to deliver against performance objectives.
    9. Weekly reporting feeding into the Regional and Global program reports
    10. Ensure the programme manager is kept informed of the project progress, including RAIDC items.
    11. Ensure adherence to relevant programme and project delivery methodologies defined within WWT and supports and enables programme performance
    12. Comply with the agreed standards, governance model, methodologies and tools prescribed by the WWT Programme Management Office for programme and project delivery
    13. Ensure the project profitability and cash flow in line with the "As Sold" expectations.
    14. Ability Understand Audio Visual and Construction drawings and Bill of Materials

    Requirements: Education, Training and Experience

    • 9 years relevant project management experience
    • Avixa AV Project Management Certification advantageous/preferable
    • PMP or Prince II certification advantageous/preferable
    • Agile training or certification advantageous

    Experience Required:

    • More than 9 years' working experience
    • Minimum 6 years' experience within a project delivery environment
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in project managing Audio Visual or Unified Communication projects in a multi-national technology services environment
    • Demonstratable experience and responsibility in all aspects of full lifecycle project management
    • Must have a demonstrated ability to work with international clients, and have international experience of working with European, North American, and Asian teams, or a combination thereof, in the delivery of projects.
    • Proven client engagement experience
    • Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
    • Experience in commercial project/program management i.e. managing program/project Revenue, Invoicing, Cash Flow, Costs, Profitability, and Margin. Not only internal budget and cost management.
