Your skills: - Excellent English skills in oral and written
- Ideally first experience in dispatching
- Willingness to work in shifts also covering night times and weekend
Your Tasks:
You will work as a full-time commercial employee in the Service Desk in our office in Bangalore - for one of the best IT service providers in the world.
Your tasks include:
- Answer calls of customers, clients and technicians
- Ticket handling for requests dealing with server hardware
- Coordination of our field service engineers across US
- Handling the orders of hardware spare parts
- Being the first point of contact for our engineers
