JOB RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for monitoring day to day operations efficient processes and upgrade them for smooth functioning.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper Housekeeping & tidiness of office premises.
  • Managing the housekeeping, security and office assistant team and track their activities.
  • Management of the front desk operations.
  • Attending incoming and outgoing calls and connecting them with relevant people
  • Responsible for maintaining employee attendance.
  • Management of various vendors and records management
  • Management of stationary, utilities and maintenance of infrastructure.
  • Coordination with Account Department for Account opening procedure for new joinees.
  • Arranging employee engagement activities events & decoration for festivals.
  • Responsible for bookings related to Hotel, Service Apartments, Airplane, Train etc
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare MOM and other confidential materials, arrange travel and manage expenses.

Job Types:
Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
₹450, ₹500,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk admin: 3 years (preferred)
