Description

Client relationship Executive

  • Build relationships with key employees among customers based on specific metrics
  • Plan and execute meetings / discussions to understand clients' business needs
  • Relate client needs with services we offer and where possible, covert opportunities to increase our service scope to clients
  • Plan and execute a process of taking client feedback
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Work with execution teams and management to address improvement needs highlighted by clients
  • Actively engage with leads generated by internal teams to understand their business needs and present our service offerings in a professional yet, pursuasive manner
  • Regularly engage with existing and prospective clients in sharing knowledge content and industry updates in our field of service
  • Plan and execute processes / actions that are required to retain clients / maintain client satisfaction levels
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contractual terms
  • Build rapport with execution team and influence them where necessary to achieve client commitment
  • Work with clients to obtain approvals for periodic billing and followup for payments

MIS management and reporting

  • Generate and share periodic metrics for each assignment with clients, execution team and the management
  • Be responsible for preparing, updating and reporting MIS on client deliverables and team's performance

Requirements:


  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business administration or related field
  • 12 years of Relationship management experience with Corporates
  • High on Emotional Intelligence ability to understand client requirements and process and respond to feedback professionally
  • Ability to quickly grasp service features and develop a pitch to articulate benefits to clients
  • Meticulous in managing details prior research about client, client status, open queries, etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
