- Develop and implement a comprehensive microlearning and blended learning strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and analysis of organizational goals.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of learning materials, including training manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Implement and Manage a learning management system (LMS), including content management, user administration, and reporting.
- Design and develop microlearning modules, including interactive videos, simulations, quizzes, and other multimedia content, using rapid authoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development.
- Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), elearning authoring tools, and other technology platforms used for training administration and delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
