    Description

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive microlearning and blended learning strategy that supports the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Identify learning needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and analysis of organizational goals.
    • Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of learning materials, including training manuals, presentations, and online resources.
    • Implement and Manage a learning management system (LMS), including content management, user administration, and reporting.
    • Design and develop microlearning modules, including interactive videos, simulations, quizzes, and other multimedia content, using rapid authoring tools.

    Looking for candidates with the follow qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in learning and development.
    • Strong understanding of learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques.
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), elearning authoring tools, and other technology platforms used for training administration and delivery.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of building and managing highperforming teams.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
    • Creative problemsolving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
