    JobDescription: ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Developand maintain strong relationships with keyclients/accounts.
  • Serve as the main point ofcontact and build trust with key decisionmakers within theaccounts.
  • Understand the client; businessobjectives challenges and needs to provide customizedsolutions.
  • Develop account plans andstrategies to achieve sales targets and maximizerevenue.
  • Identify opportunities for upsellingcrossselling and expanding the range of products or servicesoffered to clients.
  • Collaborate with internalteams to ensure timely delivery of products services andsolutions.
  • Resolve any issues or concernsraised by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and industrydevelopments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status salesperformance and growth opportunities.
  • Conductregular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levelsand identify areas for improvement.

    • SKILLS ANDQUALIFICATION:
    • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience in key account management or a similarrole.
    • Strong interpersonal and communicationskills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to driverevenue growth.
    • Ability to understand clientneeds and tailor solutions accordingly.
    • Analytical mindset to analyse data identify trends andmake datadriven decisions.
    • Resultoriented witha track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to managemultiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Flexibilityto travel regularly to meet clients or attend industryevents.
