- Monitor product portfolios and conduct competition benchmarking regularly.
- Create and maintain dashboards to offer real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Prepare business presentations on product research reports for management and assist in strategic planning.
- Provide support for business development and contribute to the creation of efficient designs and solution processes.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process improvements and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focusing on digital platforms and data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and proficiency in dashboard creation tools like Tableau and Power BI, as well as data visualization techniques.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, business analytics, or data science would be advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to present information concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
