Roles and Responsibilities for Telecaller
- Make Calls on Prime Data and Generate Leads for Relationship Manager.
- Responsible for all Telemarketing initiatives for the New sales Equity, Demat enhancement sales business
- Explaining customers about the product their offer & benefits.
- Service and generate leads & followups with customers.
- Converting the Leads to Closure by Pitching the Equity Products i.e. Demat/Trading A/c, etc.
- Generating new customer references for sales.
- Good at Convincing & Selling Skills.
