    Description

    We are partnering with a portfolio firm to hire an Investor Relations Manager (For a Series B funded)

    Role : Investor Relations Manager

    Location: Work from office/ Mumbai

    Key Responsibilities :

    Build and deepen relationships with existing and prospective investors.

    Organise and attend investor network.

    Attend investor calls & and meetings, service follow-up investor queries, documentation, etc

    Assist founders in the preparation & and dissemination of investor reports and other collateral

    What do we look for?

    Qualifications & Skill Set

    • MBA degree and academic excellence from top institutes
    • 2-5 years of Investment Banking experience at premier investment banking companies, proficiency in servicing top family offices are preferred
    • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
    • Confidentiality, proficiency in preparing presentations, driving meetings with key stakeholders
    • Enterprising personality with excellent communication (both – written and verbal) , articulate and mature.
