Description

• Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodation options, packages, and leisure activities based on their preferences and needs.
• Process reservations accurately in the resort's booking system, ensuring all details are entered correctly.
• Manage room availability and optimize occupancy rates to maximize revenue.
• Keep accurate records of reservations, transactions, and guest interactions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and reservation trends.
• Assist in preparing periodic sales and revenue reports for management.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and activities, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coordinate with the revenue management team to optimise room rates and pricing strategies.

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or reservations within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
• Salesdriven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
