Job Title:
Customer Service Representative (Graduate Freshers)


Location:
Gurugram


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, professionally.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and providing solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response time.

Requirements:


  • Graduation degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and rotational shift environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

Both side cabs will be provided (within the hiring zone).
