Process Trainer - Bengaluru, India - Arto Precast Concrete
Description
The trainer is responsible for ensuring that all employees receive relevant training to best equip employees for their respective roles.
-Responsibilities_
- Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Conduct safety and etiquette training.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Attend education conferences.
Salary:
₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
