    JobRequirements and Responsibilities for Mid levelaccountant: Managing thecompany s accounts to ensure ontime payment and overseeing thesoftware system for financial needs Preparesasset liability and capital account entries by compiling andanalyzing account information. Documentsfinancial transactions by entering accountinformation. Summarizes current financialstatus by collecting information; preparing balance sheet profitand loss statement and other reports.Substantiates financial transactions by auditingdocuments. Guides accounting clerical staffby coordinating activities and answeringquestions. Reconciles financialdiscrepancies by collecting and analyzing accountinformation. Secures financial informationby completing database backups. Maintainsfinancial security by following internalcontrols. Prepares payments by verifyingdocumentation and requesting disbursements.Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annualfinancial statements Support forecasting andbudgeting exercise as per corporateguidelines Coordinate and liaise withexternal parties like external auditors tax agents corporatesecretarial agents local tax and government authorities whererequired Support and ensure compliance withall finance filing requirements tax filing requirement (GST/PT/TDS)audits procedures and forms both statutory andinternaQualifications /Skills: Bachelor s Degree inAccounting or Finance 4 years relatedexperience preferred Being accurate withnumbers and having good quantitative skillsAbility to communicate with clarity both verbally and inwriting Solid understanding of accountingsoftware and basic accounting principlesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Mustbe thorough with all taxes and compliance like GST TDS andProfessional Tax Able to multitask andprioritize workeffectively
