    Description

    As a Business Analyst at upGrad Campus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business analytics and strategic decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to analyze data and provide actionable insights. This opportunity offers exposure to the dynamic world of EdTech and a chance to contribute to our mission of transforming education.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with teams to gather, clean, and analyze data related to user behavior, engagement, and performance metrics.

    2. Assist in identifying key business trends and opportunities by conducting data- driven research and creating insightful reports.

    3. Help in developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making for various departments.

    4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.

    5. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies in data analytics.

    Requirements:

    1. Graduate /Post Graduate in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.

    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.

    3. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.

    4. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio is a plus.

    5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    6. Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

    Duration: 1 to 3 years (flexible)
