    Description
    Purpose of the Job

    Responsible for collecting, processing and analysis of large volume of data to drive actionable insights and support business decision making.

    Identify new sources of data and/or to prepare the data for analysis
    Develop and process new data streams / pipelines, implement new processes and tools to enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers, and FSEs
    Roles & Responsibilities
    Integrate data from multiple systems to provide actionable insights for strategic decision making.
    Build and improve process automation that will gear the reporting and insights capabilities.

    Develop and process new data streams / pipelines, implement new processes and tools to enable standardized sales KPI reporting by geographies, products, customers, and sales reps.

    Responsible for helping businesses leverage data, spot trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    They take information, visualize it, and systematically evaluate it in order to generate business-relevant knowledge
    Uses business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers
    Summarizes data reports for review by executives, managers, clients, and stakeholders
    Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales operation analyst and commercial analysts, to understand their data requirements and develop data integration solutions to facilitate smooth data flow between systems.

    Translate the business needs to concrete data use cases and prototypes.

    Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store structured and unstructured data from various sources.

    Build and maintain processes to efficiently extract data from multiple sources, transform it into the desired format to be used for insight generation.

    Monitor data pipelines, databases, and other data-related systems to proactively identify and resolve issues.
    Document processes, workflows, and best practices. Collaborate effectively with team members, IT and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
    Coordinate, validate, reconcile sales data in collaboration with the various business functions.

    Continuous improvement mindset by identifying and implementing enhancements to existing analytics tools, databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, and training methods.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering/Business Administration
    MBA or equivalent degree preferred
    At least 4 years of experience
    Has worked in multi-cultural and matrix/multi-sites working environments
    Experience in SAP, Excel, Power BI, Advanced Excel
    Skills
    Possess good oral and written communication skills
    Good data management, analytical and BI skills
