    JR49935 Staff Software Engineer – IT PLM MDM

    As a Technical Lead , you will play a crucial role in managing master data team supporting on various portfolios and continuous improvement features from requirement gathering through timely completion. Your responsibilities will include overseeing technical teams, Delivery of projects, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring progress, reporting project status to leadership team and involving on projects with hands on contribution. Additionally, you'll diagnose and resolve complex technical issues that may arise.

    Responsibilities:

    Project Management:

  • Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team.
  • Delegate tasks and set monthly goals to meet the portfolios/features timelines.
  • Liaise with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

    • Delivery:

  • Ensure the delivery of projects related tasks with right quality and on agreed timelines.
  • Involve technically wherever needed on project tasks and contribute hands on.

    • Continuous Improvements:

  • Work with business & Boise counterparts in analyzing & implementing the continuous improvements features.
  • Work closely with contractor employees to make sure they are always supporting CI features as per the priority defined by Product owner.
  • Provide enough support to contractor employees so that they can work on the CI features on their own.

    • Leadership responsibilities:

  • Identify team goals and evaluate those as per the defined process.
  • Resolve conflicts and blockers.
  • Provide equal opportunities for the individuals in the team.
  • Create metrics, weekly reports and share with Leadership team.
  • Motivate staff and create an environment where they can ask questions and voice concerns.
  • Foster transparency by sharing challenges, failures, and successes with the team.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent proven experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in IT systems implementation in Master Data Management domain using SAP and/or Informatica.
  • 1+ years' experience in leading team
  • Master Data Management business process and foundational concept knowledge.
  • Solid technical experience on SAP and/or Informatica.
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to build professional relationships with business and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
