We are hiring customer care executives

Cell phone reimbursement


Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:
Place outbound calls to potential customers to introduce banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's product offerings and stay updated on new products and services.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer their queries, and provide detailed information about the products.


Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team to follow up on.

Documentation:
Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database or CRM system.

Compliance:
Ensure all sales activities comply with banking industry regulations and ethical standards.

Feedback:
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies and processes.


Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar tele calling or sales role, preferably in the Credit Card or Loan Department.


Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and understandable manner.

Sales Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with banking products, including credit cards, loans, and insurance, is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Time Management:
Effective time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls and meet sales goals.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
