    Job Description :

    This role is for a Financial Analyst who will be in charge of providing financial decision support to business partners, researching and suggesting options and solutions to improve business outcomes for senior management.


    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Analyze financial results, trends, and metrics on a monthly basis.
    • Clearly communicate key factors affecting the complete financial profit and loss statement (such as sales, AGM, customer drivers, adjustments, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the Onshore team to ensure timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
    • Assist in new business projects, system integrations, and other significant changes impacting the FA team.
    • Support the onshore team in preparing quarterly forecasts, annual Financial Plans, and Long-Range Plans.
    • Identify and document the business drivers affecting actual and forecasted financials.
    • Work closely with the onshore team to lead quarterly/monthly financial business reviews with Divisions and senior management.
    • Offer specialized expertise and assist in FP&A team projects to enhance processes and maintain consistency.
    • Provide relevant Finance expertise and support to the team as needed.
    • Address all relevant queries from onshore business partners, both routine and adhoc, promptly and accurately.
    • Act as a backup for other FP&A team members.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in financial planning, management reporting, and/or analysis, preferably within a Manufacturing setting.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions in a global environment.
    • Proficient in technical accounting practices with a solid understanding of financial accounting principles and standards.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Strong communication and influencing skills even without formal authority.
    • Exceptional analytical capabilities and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
    • Flexibility and a strong team-oriented approach.
    • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION - Chartered Accountant with 3-6 years of experience.
