    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Maintainthe companys visual identity including logos colour schemestypography and brand guidelines.
    2. Designmarketing materials such as digital ads social media graphics emailtemplates and print collateral that align with brand standards andmarketing objectives.
    3. Produce compelling videocontent for marketing campaigns product demos and promotionalmaterials leveraging video editing skills to enhance storytellingand visual impact.
    4. Collaborate with marketingproduct and development teams to conceptualise and execute designsolutions that support business goals and userneeds.
    5. Stay uptodate with design trends toolsand technologies and propose innovative ideas to continuouslyimprove our design processes anddeliverables.
    6. Provide design support andguidance to internal stakeholders ensuring consistency and qualityacross all touchpoints.

    Requirements:
    1. Provenexperience (12 years) working as a designer (graphic design andmotion graphics) preferably in a fastpaced environment or withfintech companies.
    2. Proficiency in graphicdesign software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustratoretc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools likeFigma.
    3. Detailoriented mindset with a focus ondelivering highquality work under tightdeadlines.
    4. Strong portfolio is a mustshowcasing a range of design projects with an emphasis on brandingdigital/web design video editing andanimation.
    5. Demonstrated skills in video editingsoftware such as Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects or similaris a great advantage.
    6. Excellent communicationand collaboration skills with the ability to present and articulatedesign concepts effectively to diverseaudiences.
