    Description

    Area Sales Manager

    Note: The work location is Bangalore for this post but candidate will be posted to Mandya for initial 2-3 months.

    KRA:

    Team Management:

    · Building team of highly efficient Taluka Sales Officers

    · Ensuring Taluka wise product sales revenue

    · Ensuring support to TSO through HO departments

    · Ensuring field support to operational activities

    Business Development:

    · Creating network of 1Bridge Points (retailers)

    · Generating product revenue through 1BP (econnect)

    · Generating product revenue through Households (kutumb)

    · Extensive field travel in rural/semi-urban areas for business development

    Field Travel: This role would require extensive field travel across Karnataka

    KPI:

    · Week on week growth on product revenue through econnect app (50%)

    · Week on week growth on product revenue through kutumb app (30%)

    · Ensuring field support to operational activities (20%)

    Qualification and Competencies:

    · Minimum graduate degree

    · >=2 years of experience in consumer product sales

    · Proficient in Kannada Language

    · Sales experience on multiple categories will be advantageous

    · Rural Sales and/or marketing would be preferred

    Salary: Negotiable + incentives
