Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and identify potential real estate opportunities.

Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing information on available properties.

Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer queries, and maintain regular communication to build and maintain a positive relationship.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring all details are entered into the CRM system.

Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the real estate market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit properties and coordinate with the sales team for property showings.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their preferences, concerns, and experiences to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Targets and Reporting: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and call volume. Provide regular reports on call metrics, lead conversion, and other relevant KPIs.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the real estate business.

Professional Etiquette: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all interactions, adhering to ethical business practices.
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone. Ability to articulate information effectively.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.

Persistence: A proactive and persistent approach to lead generation, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.

Technology Skills: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software tools.

Knowledge of Real Estate: Basic understanding of real estate market trends, property types, and relevant industry terminology.

Target-Driven: Ability to work towards and achieve set targets and goals.
