Responsibilities:


  • Conduct chemical analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished marble products using various analytical techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and wet chemistry methods.

2. Have good Knowledge and Experience in Colour Matching. (MUST)

  • Monitor and analyze process parameters to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to optimize product quality and efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of test results, laboratory activities, and product specifications.
  • Assist in the evaluation and qualification of new raw materials and suppliers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in analytical techniques, and regulatory requirements related to marble manufacturing.
  • Participate in safety programs and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in quality improvement projects and suggesting innovative solutions to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.


Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in the same industry.
Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment related to ceramics, construction materials, or similar industries.

Proficiency in analytical techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, and wet chemistry methods.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.
