    Merilytics

    Position: Analyst Knowledge Management

    At Merilytics, as an Analyst in the Knowledge Management team, you will play a key role in supporting the KM Lead in developing and implementing effective Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and processes. This includes structuring and managing KM systems, as well as overseeing document and content management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to capture, document, and organize knowledge and company-specific content efficiently. They should also excel in managing time-sensitive requests and handling multiple assignments simultaneously.

    Location: Hyderabad

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    - Assist the KM Lead in optimizing the knowledge base, creating strategies, and managing the KM database to utilize internal knowledge effectively.
    - Identify innovative methods to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing across different business units and the company as a whole.
    - Collaborate with project owners to develop case studies and knowledge resources, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
    - Organize, categorize, and maintain knowledge resources in repositories with appropriate metadata for easy access.
    - Ensure quality checks on documents for structural integrity, content accuracy, tone, format consistency, and adherence to standards.
    - Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, project managers, and the KM Lead to facilitate timely information retrieval and maintain up-to-date mapping of resources.
    - Create promotional material using tools like Canva and assist the KM Lead in organizing KM events such as Hackathons, Quizzes, and Contests at a company level.

    Prerequisites and Skills:

    - 6 months to 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management with startups or midsize companies.
    - Proficient in using Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
    - Knowledge of KM techniques and industry best practices.
    - Exposure to different KM tools would be advantageous.
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    - Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels within an organization.
