The Role: Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Developing, construct, test, and maintaindata-driven applications on the front and back end with an emphasis on Data Science, Ai, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Participate in team efforts to implement software projects, providing support in frontend and backend layers
• Engage with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help in translating them into technical specifications for effective software solutions.
• Adhere to best practices in data management and governance, maintaining awareness of data privacy and security policies.
• Contribute to the identification, design, and implementation of process improvements.
• Understanding what best in class looks like and how to stay on top

Whatwe'relooking for:

• StrongPython software engineering skills.
• 4-8years experience insoftware development: Expertisein debugging, refactoring, and enhancing existingcode, with a strong understanding of performance and scalability.
• University degree computer science, engineeringorother relevant field
• Strong data visualization skillsusingsome combination of React JS, PowerBi, and or Python frameworks like DashandGradio
• A commitment to test-driven development
• Devopscompetence around things like Github Actions, continuous delivery, and automated testing
• Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and exploration
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. The team will be collocated, however, most stakeholder engagement will happen asynchronously in English
• Experience with Sales, HR, Finance, and other internal corporate functions is a plus
