Responsibilities:


Purchase Order Management:


  • Create, review, and process purchase orders in adherence to company policies and budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and specifications.

SAP Expertise:


  • Utilize SAP for procurement activities, including vendor management, purchase order creation, and tracking.
  • Generate reports and analyze data using SAP to support decisionmaking processes.

Goods Receipt Note (GRN):


  • Oversee the GRN process to ensure accurate recording of received goods.
  • Resolve discrepancies between received goods and purchase orders.

FIFO Implementation:


  • Implement and maintain the FIFO inventory system to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Monitor stock expiration dates and coordinate with relevant departments for timely consumption.

Vendor Management:


  • Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Cost Control:


  • Work closely with the finance team (FICO) to track and control procurementrelated costs.
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities related to procurement.

Compliance:


  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new products, and supplier offerings.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in using it for procurement activities.
  • Familiarity with GRN, FIFO, and Purchase Order processes.
  • Background in Finance and Accounting (FICO) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
