About the Role:

Overall Responsibilities:

Work with Hiring Managers to create an active pool of open positions
Handholding the manager and the shortlisted pool through the recruitment process to ensure vacancies are filled in within the requisite timeline
Work on various projects regularly for constant process improvement and implementation of new programmes
Excellent written & spoken communication skills
Proven Talent Acquisition track record
Ability to build collaborative relationships and work well with the team
High problemsolving skills
